10:15 to 11:45 a.m. - Gym - Lower Level

13:00 to 14:00 - Gym - Lower Level

Upgrade your mindfulness and body awareness tools to help your staff and students navigate the emotional storms of life.

In this workshop we'll explore how gentle movement and therapeutic breathwork can rapidly regulate the nervous system and settle emotional overwhelm.

We'll also dive into the brain-researched mindfulness practices that tap into our inner knowing and support healthy decision-making and greater connectedness with ourselves and others.

Participants will receive a handout with accessible practices they can integrate into their work, while also using them to support their own wellbeing.

This session will include some gentle movement. This does not require any fitness/yoga clothing, just comfortable clothes.
